The Learning Life supports families when school is no longer working, learning has become difficult, or wellbeing concerns are affecting a young person’s ability to engage with education, family life or future direction.

Support is practical, personalised and pathway-focused. The aim is to help families understand what is happening, explore realistic options, and create next steps that support both learning and wellbeing.
How Support Works
Support begins by understanding the full picture. Every family situation is different, so the first step is to clarify what is happening, what has already been tried, what is creating pressure, and what kind of support may be most useful.
From there, support may involve a one-off review, a full pathway consultation, or flexible support over time.
The goal is not to force a young person into one pathway.
The goal is to create a realistic way forward.
